Sunrise Metal has one dedicated prototyping workshop, which can provide prototypes using a multitude of methods including but not limited to CNC Machining, Prototyping tooling, 3D printing.

DIE CASTING TOOLING

Our own invested tooling shop can provide our customer complete solution from tooling design, mold flow simulation, manufacturing, modify, maintenance to tooling end management.

ALUMINUM DIE CASTING PRODUCTION

With 280T to 1600T machines and 2 die casting facilities respectively in Kunshan and Nantong, we will meet your demands well. Our general aluminum die casting alloys are ADC12, A380, AlSi12 & Others.

CNC MACHINING

Sunrise Metal offers precision CNC machining including drilling, tapping, turning, and milling which enable us to produce both aluminum die casting machining parts and low volume milled aluminum components.

SURFACE FINISHING

Sunrise Metal manages finishing requirements for customers. All our surface treatments are ROHS & REACH complaint. Various surface finishing:

VACUUM DIE CASTING SYSTEM

Sunrise Metal uses vacuum die casting system DIEVS200-CVC2 which imported from Japan. The vacuum system produces a product with:
