With machine size from 280T to 1600T, Sunrise Metal produces aluminum die casting components for high mix, low to medium volume projects. Sunrise Metal provides high pressure die casting and other complete die casting processes. Sunrise Metal has 2 die casting facilities, locates in KunShan and NanTong. We have 9 advanced cold chamber die-casting machines from 280T to 1600T, all equipped with full automatic spray, extractor, ladder, conveyor and trim die machines, which can meet customers high precision, stable production and any low to medium volume requests. We continuouslly invest in our die casting equipments to empower our capability and capacity.

VACUUM DIE CASTING SYSTEM

Sunrise Metal uses vacuum die casting system DIEVS200-CVC2 which imported from Japan. We utilize the vacuum die casting system to improve the density of our castings and reduce wear on the die by evacuating the air in the cavity before alloy injection. This process allows the part to “quick fill” by a combination of reduced back pressure and a high injection rate.
The vacuum system produces a product with:

• Reduced gas porosity
• Reduced leakage problems
